Tec7 Liquaseal is a liquid MS hybrid polymer that is easy to spread and cures to a waterproof sealing membrane with a very long life span. Tec7 Liquaseal is also suitable for repair, finishing and renovation of medium-sized roofs that can be applied horizontally and vertically on most roof and building materials. Can also be applied on a slightly damp surface and is rain resistant after 2 hours.
