Clarke’s of Bailieborough is third generation family-run Irish business. Founded by Michael Clarke in 1928 as a small hardware shop to provide for its local customers, Clarke’s has grown and diversified over the years and is now a one-stop-shop for home maintenance, furnishing and decorating. Over the course of more than 90 years, the business has expanded to offer furniture and bedding, carpets and laminate flooring, paint and wallpaper as well as general hardware, timber and gardening products. Located in Bailieborough, Co.Cavan and surrounded by glorious forests and lakes, Clarke’s has remained in its original location on Bailieborough’s Main Street since first opening in 1928. Down through the years the shop has grown to include an impressive furniture and bedding showroom and a flooring department.

These days, thanks to a website offering an extensive range of products from each and every department in the shop, Clarke’s is able to serve customers from all over Ireland and beyond.
